Senior Agency Account Strategist, GoogleBen serves as a Senior Agency Account Strategist on the Agency division of the Google Customer Solutions team, providing media strategy, insights, and performance optimizations for his agency partners and end-clients. After working for a year on Google's Small Business program, he joined the Google Agency team in 2017 and has worked across numerous verticals, including Education, Financial Services, Fashion, Mass Retail, and Food and Beverage. He is a resident product and technical resource on the team, specializing in Ads UX, Beta testing, Influencer Marketing, Site Design, and Machine Learning. Ben joined Google directly after graduating from Boston College's Carroll School of Management, and recently completed his Master's in Computer and Information Systems at Boston University. He resides in Jersey City, NJ.
